Spreading around 1 million square feet, Technopark Phase 3 will be a mile stone in Kerala’s growth to become a strong player in IT industry. Technopark Phase 3 is coming in 92 Acres of SEZ, with largest IT building in India.

Designed by Hafeez contractor – Iyer & Mahesh, the buildings stands out from the rest of the IT buildings in India. The project is expected to open in 2010.
