Google Internet Bus In Trivandrum
Google have been our source of information for a while, and the giant is planning to get more people on net. The Google Internet Bus is an attempt by google to promote Internet. Yes. You read it right! Promote internet. I doubt if there is any one in our city who dont know what internet is or what’s the benefits. Any way, the Google Internet Bus is a state of the art showcase on wheels about internet.
In Google’s words,
The Internet Bus Project is an attempt to educate people about what the Internet is, and how it may be beneficial to their lives, by taking the Internet experience to them through a customised Internet-enabled bus, which will travel to several towns and cities across India
The Internet Bus will be reaching Trivandrum on 14th December for 4 days. Make some good use of it and learn the tips from the best teacher on Internet.

SMV School : 15th forenoon
Shanghumugham : 15th afternoonChaithram hotel: 16th forenoon
Museum: 16th afternoon

this was a fanastatic appraoch by the google to the common mass in trivandrum. i attended the internet bus while i was in sanghumugam beach on 15/12/2009. every promotor in the bus was very co-operative and explained me very well. All the best for this venture
oh shucks I missed it. Can someone who has been in it describe the experience?
It’s meant for the people still living in pre-internet world.
An initiative which educates the people about the power of internet and the regional features from google and other online medias. The Bus is a high tech, gadget filled one with lcd screens, and satellite fed internet. There are volunteers who can serve us with knowledge about internet and its benefits.
